However, contrary to the conventions of the genre, the songs are soft and even have a kind of sweetness.   Yes. the sweetness is ensconced by a foreboding and anxiety. The sounds are mostly tears, hums and windy wails.   But there is still a soft touch not usual for this type of work. It is effective.
